Actually yo workout program shud be balance for eg DAY 1 chest & back
DAY2. Leg .calf & abdomen
DAY3. Bicep &tricep
DAY4. Shoulder & abdomen
DAY5. REST ( eat n sleep)
*if ur doing supersets n gaint sets then can take 3days rest...
For suppliments
Whey protein (optimum nutrition) first thing in da morning & 1hrs before workout n right after workout
Amino acid : first thing in da morning & right after workout
Creatine : before workout ( or can take a pre-workout drink n it contains creatine too)
