These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all parts of the HardwareZone Iron Tech 2008 Competition ("Competition").

To participate in the competition, participants must register their details in the registration form ("Form")and provide all of the indicated materials required, as designated by the Competition organisers, Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and Micro-Star International Co Ltd.

By his/her participation, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Registration Period

The Competition registration period starts on 1 August 2008 at 0830hrs GMT+8 and ends on 7 September 2008 at 2359hrs GMT+8.
Eligibility for the Competition

The Competition is open to all residents of the following countries:

    * Indonesia
    * Malaysia
    * Philippines
    * Singapore
    * Thailand

Participants of the Competition must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess valid passports and Singapore visas. All participants below twenty-one (21) years of age are required to obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent before they participate in the Competition.

Each participant shall make full and honest disclosure of particulars as requested in the Form. Any misrepresentation of any facts or particulars may result in disqualification, forfeiture or withdrawal of any prize won at Hardware Zone Pte Ltd's and Micro-Star International Co Ltd's sole discretion.

All incomplete Forms will automatically be disqualified.

Employees of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and Micro-Star International Co Ltd, their affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising/promotion agencies or other firms involved in the design or conducting of the Competition, their sales representatives, distributors, retailers and immediate families are not eligible.
HardwareZone Iron Tech 2008 Competition

The manner in which the Competition's regional semi-finals and grand final are conducted shall be at Hardware Zone Pte Ltd's and Micro-Star International Co Ltd's sole discretion. Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and Micro-Star International Co Ltd reserve the right to substitute the prizes without prior announcement or notice.

The prizes are not transferrable and not exchangeable. Hardware Zone Pte Ltd's and Micro-Star International Co Ltd's decisions are final in all matters relating to the Competition and no enquiries or correspondence will be entertained.
General

Participants are allowed multiple entries for the Competition, but only their latest entry will be considered for the purpose of shortlisting to participate in the Competition events.

The organisers will not be held responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected Forms, or for any human or technical errors, failures or malfunctions in the transmission or receipt of internet Forms. Winners may be required to sign and return affidavits of eligibility and liability and publicity releases, if requested, within 3 days of notification of winning the prizes.

By participating in the Competition, the winners agree that Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and Micro-Star International Co Ltd, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective advertising, promotion and distribution agencies, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall have no liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the prizes awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to any prize including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

By participating in the Competition, the participant agrees that his/her name, likeness and particulars may be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes worldwide without limitation in any manner whatsoever and in any part of the world as Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and Micro-Star International Co Ltd shall in their sole discretion deem fit.

The organisers reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without any liability on their part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, or suspend or in any other way cease the Competition at any time without prior notification.

Hardware Zone Pte Ltd and Micro-Star International Co Ltd reserve the right to amend or vary the Terms and Conditions of the Competition at any time without prior notification.
