is is the bag's problem itself or the services given to you?

Which part of the bag that is damaged and somehow damage your property? I have been using this same bag for many months and so far it has been good. Maybe you should go back to CheckerPlate's mother company, the manufacturing company. I learn that their mother company is the Swan company making school bags. Hi Bro,
I have been using Checker Plate Bag to protect my laptop for 3 months.
The condition of the bag still Good except it look abit dirty.

I was suprised when i saw your thread because your problem doesnt seems happen on my bag.
As you said the metal support structure at the bottom left came out and damaged your shirt after it used for one month, but i don't see this problem happen on me anyway.
Em, maybe because of the way you take care of your bag ?

How come a bag will weights like a rock without the laptop ?
It doesn't make any sense at all. 
In every purchase of bag, i believed that you will be given chance to test and touch the bag before you pay the money.
If the bag happened to be heavy like rock, I don't think you will buy it.
Isn't it ?
The thing is, have you ever own a checker plate for yourself ? 
In my point of view, checker plate provides a comfortable cushion when i carry it.
Well, undeniable, it might differs to others.
