the best i got was during raya last year(yes, my family go out to visit relatives, i was in an instance), 82ms latency.

the worst i got was 1100ms.

i'm on 1MB line. and i play on Anvilmar where i rarely see any asians there. there's one filipino guy and me i think. or maybe they are playing Hordes mostly. couldn't be bothered.
