Actually it doesn't really matter how much fluctuation happens within the month. The only day it counts is the closing day of the month, in this case which should be 31st Dec. The value on 31st Dec will be used for their quarterly conversions.

But from the daily view of conversion rates of BNM you can see the trend downwards which adds pressure to YTLPOWER's share price.

No they don't do that at all.

Their operations in that country will have cashflow so there is no need to change money at the money changer hehe.

The figure they use for calculation of currency is the figure on the last day of the quarter according to BNM website.
