looks like everyone is being so called "capped". Could this be a testing procedure by Celcom to implement the 5GB limit? Or they already implemented it and "purposely" capped everyone regardless of bandwidth usage. Most probably the Celcom technical team don't know what they are doing right now. Some settings on the port has been set to capped all users in Malaysia AUTOMATICALLY... Therefore, go to MCMC to launch your online complaint... here's the link http://aduan.skmm.gov.my/It is the only way to get back your desired speed! We have to work together this time...let's attack Celcom! This post has been edited by dgtel2: Nov 12 2008, 02:06 PM

i'm not talking about repoting to Celcom Careline. I'm talking about log ur complaint to MCMC over here http://aduan.skmm.gov.my/It was my 3rd complaints since early this year and Celcom ppl has marked my account as highest priority customer. Everytime the connection is bad, I straight away log complaint to MCMC & gain my speed in 24 hrs. Forget abt Celcom careline. Report online straight to MCMC. QUOTE(tonyvyp @ Nov 13 2008, 04:45 PM) but no improvement yet...celcom ppl didn't call me.. Celcom ppl won't call you until they rectified the issue. It may take as early as 24 hours or as long as 1 week....If this is your first complain, then it may take longer but it will be definitly rectified ... 24 hours after my complaint to MCMC This post has been edited by dgtel2: Nov 13 2008, 07:54 PM
