I am not sure about driving license but it's better to bring your passport along. From my understanding, hold luggage should mean your hand carry and your cabin luggage. Just my opinion.

ok the place is called Hare and Tortoise and i am not sure its halal. the prawn noodle is awesome! Big bowl like ramen and king prawn :3
Do go to their website and have a look. The one i go is at bloomsbury. somewhere near russell square station. I am ok with 15 Jan but right now down with flu and cold and thanks to walking in the snow it gets worse... |

the place is always full of people and you need to queue outside to get places so i doubt we can sit there for long for a chat.
so we need to set a time. what time would be the best? 8pm? |

looks like only the bloomsbury branch is having the penang prawn noodle after checking the menus on other branches.
I am ok with both but our purpose is to taste the delicious prawn noodle right? |

tentatively its blackfriars branch of hare and tortoise.
if you coming form london bridge, you can take the northern line to bank and walk (for quite a distance) to monument and switch to district/circle line westbound to mansion house sation its quite nearby |
