Hi, can I ask approximately how much to apply for a student visa studying in UK? says around 5 years? does it exceeds 10k? or does it go according to the duration you are going to be in UK?

Sorry for the noob question.
*
the payment is the same. 800+ im also currently applying for visa for my final year. they will usually give the visa until the end of your course

lol, its good but still not as good as the peeps from the land of the rising sun

but the oct expo is the best as its the time where peeps are not busy yet. u get a lot of peeps coming from europe as well... so it adds to the 'variety'

*didnt see geminist post*

brunswick :
the place has insane queues during peak time. around 8-ish usually crazy queue and plus 15th is on friday+its usually noisy there as well. may i suggest we eat there then move on to somewhere else if you guys want to eat there.

if the place needs to be russell square, then i think strada(italian) is more quiet. but as far as 'pack-ness' its slightly less. or a greek place near brunswick sq, but i dont know how the food is.

there's also a few pubs around the area as well...

Blackfriars:
i should be able to make it.
let see what others say

and yes i would have probably said wong kei in chinatown laugh.gif i think they are among the cheapest there but the service.. put it this way, you get what you pay for. but i think they are not so bad now compared to some time back where they are just plain rude

think you'd want to make it for 3 hr just incase since the full body scan implementation fiasco has slowed things down a little but dont know how long tho.

QUOTE(Kimichi @ Nov 15 2010, 01:01 PM)
hye all,

im planing to visit a friend in Liverpool..
I got 2 question:

1)I’m using Airasia from KL to Stansted airport.
can anyone advice what is the best mode of transport from the airport to Liverpool? Also it would be nice if there's any tips in order to use that mode.. smile.gif

2) I be there for like 1 week+, is it enough to visit at least Manchester, Liverpool and London??
and does the transport cost between those city expensive?
*
intercity:
trains > national rail
busses > national express bus/megabus ect...

fastest would be trains but it would be quite expensive unless you book it early if you can book 3 months before then it would be usually the cheapest.

1 week for the 3 city is kinda tight unless you are happy to just have a short visit to the attractions and also provided you dont waste too much time getting lost.
