If the group plan to have tournament,friendly match, so & so, there will be discussions & money involve, then fee would be divided total of member involved, to pay.

You don't need to pay anything else, if you just attending the normal session ( except shuttlecock which is as stated " every game : ".
That clause is for additional activities, sorry to confuse you. Because later stage of the year, we will organise Inter-Club Tournament / League, or maybe year end, we organise training camp at WuNang, China then play friendly matches with clubs in HK ( in planning stage ! ). so all these mentioned are additional. Maybe I need to rephrase it, a rush job lah !!
