Well, at the moment, the max i will go for squatting is 130kgs. I prefer to squat correctly rather than just increasing the weights. Deadlift i can go up to 150kgs. It's quite hard to lift heavy most of the time after work. I haven't really increased my poundage too since i started working. I need more motivation!  About the video, no i don't record any. Hey, i don't have much of an update... Struggling to balance between work and gym but i still make it a point to go. Normally when i'm really exhausted or brain is totally fried after work, i usually do Rippetoe's workout. Heavy, short and effective.  Off topic: My diet is getting a little bad and i think my 6 pads aren't that obvious anymore. Wondering whether i should start cutting or achieve the goal then start cutting.
