cleaner wax is sumthing like ColorX but more wax component in it i think ...

But NXT TW and Gold class Wax are both pure wax wif no cleaner elements ... These both differ in terms of chemical content in it ... both have their reputation ...

I heard Gold class bring more gloss ... but so far megs#21 still d one for me thumbup.gif
*
So...which one is the best? For weekly waxing purposes la smile.gif Gold Class damn expensive sweat.gif

Wah ... weekly ka ... u make sure ur paint body clean lo ... eg: do claying 1st ...

I still recommend Megs #21 but NXT Techwax oso not bad ... Gold class of coz good as well laugh.gif ... cleaner wax not much protection also ...

BTW ppl wax for u ka? If not tangan sure patah tongue.gif

Yupe...got people do for me one. Sometimes I do myself tongue.gif For protection, I use Osren Crystal Block. Water cannot stick to the body brows.gif The Meg's one is for the first layer smile.gif

QUOTE(Sinque @ Jun 9 2006, 08:10 PM)
Weekly is probably a bit too much. Try NXT Wax once every 2 months and for the weekly ones you can just do a normal wash and then use NXT Spray Wax.

if got, tell the uncle i'm willing to help wax the girl up laugh.gif tongue.gif

jk! biggrin.gif

btw, to do a proper detailing session from ground up.. is it necessary to use dish washing liquid? i mean.. to remove all layer of protection to get to the layer where the scratches/swirls are visible.. after using the dish-wash.. do you clay or use scratch-x? =.="
*
Why use dish wash liquid? Just use normal liquid lor. After washing, get those water-based tar remover to remove all protection. Start from there lor smile.gif Jackie, dun want to polish ke? unsure.gif

Using dishwashing liquid can remove wax but not all...some may still stick to the paint. Better to use tar remover wink.gif

well .... its ok but not very effective lo ... for the wax to last, proper surface prep is really needed ...

Spray wax are usually use between wash n wax ... to put it easier to understand ... after u wax ur car ... coming weeks u juz wash ur car n touch up ur wax wif the spray wax ... coz usually u oni wax ur car once a months or mayb longer ... unless u like egie lo ... got ppl do for him laugh.gif tongue.gif

although new car, it is usually left outside the showroom and rain n sun already done a bit of the damage ... so the best is actually to clean the surface eg: clay den oni u wax lo ...

juz my 2cents ...
*
Why my name got wei tongue.gif Actually if you wax once a month is good edy...no need to touch up....waste time tongue.gif Must find those long lasting type wax. I use Osren's Crystal Block which hardens after you apply it thumbup.gif

JJ Wangsa Maju? ... which 1? the AutoGlym or the CarSumthing (yellow colour area) ...
*
Autoglym one. For normal wipes they wont use MF. MF hard to absorb water ler. Look for Lan or Mie...just tell them what to do. Mie is the expert there...he was trained with other Sunway detailing tauke's as well wink.gif

P/S. They only use MF for detailing jobs wink.gif
