LOL I have yet to try meguairs range of products and I believe they are top class in the industry.
However I don't think nxt2.0 should be considered as the best based on what you said there (eg. water still bead almost a month with 2 weeks once washing).

This is because with TW Ice Liquid Synthetic Polish, the water still beads despite after one month old with every week washing and without quick wax.

water beading is a very subjective issue to be discussed honestly..

beading is only when the water is 80% spherical.. anything less than 50% spherical is not beading anymore... so on and so on... and the other bla bla bla theories.. so u see.. diff ppl has diff opinions..

and, washing concentration, pH and strength all are diff from each users n brands.. all manufacturer has diff formulation..

it is just unfair to compare diff product, diff preparations, diff wash n diff so on.... wan compare? standardised everything except wax used..

for this, how would u rate the beading?

It is ok to wash our car twice per week? BTW, I using Meguairs Gold class shampoo. It wont harm our clear coat right?

Everytime I wash very carefully, Avoid to minimum the scratches on my car. ^^
Always buy new 1 microfiber clothes to wash it. =.=

OMg, i bought my Gold class shampoo RM78. swt la. other meguairs products also got discount? i need Ultimate Quick Detail and Gold class Liquid Wax~

you have to know yr is a DD (daily driven car) not show room car.... at times it is pretty unavoidable..

change your microfibers 3-4 times a year ( try not to use mitt, if need too, pls wash it clean)

detailing spray - use 2 ounce of ONR  in a 500ml = TADA QD liow

to remove swirls ...Hmmmm subjective - if it is white or silver nobody can see - no need to trouble
others - try OHSP - opt hyper spray polish + optimum double sided pad - TADA  *better with rotary ( more consistent & better results)

wax - sealant- the best, effortless & efective

Optiseal - so affordable - 1 bottle 8 ounce (4 times applications ) can last for 10 years

OCwax so effortless & effective = i ve got a lady follower who wash her car & wax weekly without fail & results blink blink

Mitts is good but you have to clean properly , as it dirt & finer sands get traps beneath the wool strands...& when it is worn out (pls change)

as for me i would prefer MF - cheap & easily wash & affordable to replace (3 sets ) a year

nothing last for clear coat cleanning - as when we do it so often - we actually creates friction - resulting swirls

best of all - find some thing u like & do it - effortlessly
wash thoroughly & make sure it is well clean before next use - lower area or rims pls use a separate material

cos u dont want to trap these contamination into your next wash

recommended to use gird guard when wash

no worries anytime u can catch up - we will be doing one soon

Is Autoglym that much better than Meguiars?
Cause is is 2x the price for Autoglym.

Autoglym is RM70/1 litre
Meguiars and Turtle Wax Ice is RM70/2 litre

Is it worth it to pay double?
I am only buying the car shampoo.
I dont have a wax machine.
So I am wondering if it would make any difference at all between
Autoglym and Meguiars/Turtle wax

So there really isn't much of a difference because in Singapore
it costs around RM40 for 1 liter.
So it is actually same price per liter with Meguiars which costs RM70-80.

So which one would be better on a metallic silver car (Proton Waja)?
