Hi Sh1mx & all MGO fans, I'm unable to contact "friendly_ip". Anyone here would be able to advise on how to purchase the "Expansion Pack". I've tried to purchase it online via MGO website but it seems M'sian credit card is not recognised.

Anyone please help & your advise would be highly appreciated.

Awaiting. Thanks.

Hi friendly_ip, pleae allow me to introduce myself. MGO ID: neversaydie. I comes to know about you from Sh1mx when we met in Malaysia lobby last nite. I'm one of the fan who play around in MGO for not less than 50hrs per week. Understand that you would be able to help for purchase of the expansion packs. Appreciate if you could kindly assist or advise on this matter.

I would need two expansion packs(1 for my brother, who not stay together). How should I go about it. Looking forward to hear from you.

Many thanks.

it's RM60 per expansion pack per person.

so since you and your brother want it, you'll have to pay Friendly_ip RM120 for both of you,and supply him with each of your Konami ID.

Normally there aren't that many rooms in the server to begin with.. so it is quite easy to spot a Malaysia room.. Normally it will be hosted in either the Rosemary or Mei Ling room.. laugh.gif

It's becoz too many ppl used to gather at Octacon lobby and hence over crowd there..that's why we all choose Mei Ling/ Rosemary lobby smile.gif

Did you host last night ? I didn't notice at all.. laugh.gif

There was another room hosted by Jay_X last night probably and there were quite a number of local players there..

But then again having too many people in it including foreigners.. making the room full with 16 players in it.. does indeed take its toll where the game's performance slow dramatically whereby shooting and aiming speed will decrease a lot.. Lolz ! laugh.gif

I always prefer rooms that are made for about 12-14 players max.. If only the PS3 could be overclocked like the PSP does it would be great.. tongue.gif

By then there would be a hacked firmware for PS3 which can play *ahem* games already.. If the PSP is able to be overclocked.. I don't see why the PS3 won't be able to do the same.. although like any other PC.. overclocking may be a bit hazardous to the hardware.. laugh.gif

if not mistaken.. PS3 prototypes faces hang problem during the showcase of it and the prototype run at faster speed than our current PS3.

even with current PS3s, some of us experience overheat (blinking red). are u sure u wanna over clock PS3 despite the exhaust fan give out warm heat just after 0.5 hrs or game play ?

Many gets the wrong idea about the PSP being able to OC. The thing is, originally the PSP already is built to be able to run 333mhz CPU speed. Now everyone knows how hopeless the battery life is on the PSP, so innitially Sony just locked this up until some games seem to take a toll on running like crap on the PSP.

So well... you aren't really "overclocking" the PSP its just running it right back at its original speed.

What I'm saying with the PS3 is that theres one locked SPE on the Cell, while I know its reserved for the XMB either ways but I'm rather sure that theres a way to unlock that SPE usage for games as well.

As for backups.... laugh.gif
Already happening, and if it takes off fast.... its going to be the PSP all over again. Of course, Sony is releasing firmware on the PS3 so fast these days to lockout loopholes and security issues before eveng being hacked.

I don't know what PS3 prototypes you are talking about. Are you talking about debug units or development kits? If so, they run faster because they are afterall debug units where every issue is opened and ironed out for development.

Already explained the form of OCing replying to Sh1mx post, so thats what I am intending laugh.gif

And btw, this is MGO thread! Stop going off-topic! tongue.gif
Who's playing now?

It's actually not so important to me as I don't use the codec that much except for a few important lines here and there.. besides that.. nothing much I guess.. laugh.gif
