Just Parted way with my LX3 Today~

The guy who bought it was also really into photography.

Can't decide now

1000D kit lens + prime lens ?

or D80 ( RM2,127.00 ) with a lens

how to post the pic so big.......
btw what is RAW......?

QUOTE(ryuuzaki @ Nov 24 2008, 08:23 PM)
@prospeed_ballz: he posted to flickr =]

a raw is the image that is not processed yet.. or RAW =] unlike jpg..
*
just to add on, raw macam bitmap, its a direct dump of all the info on the sensor to the memory card

when you shoot in jpg the raw files goes thru a processor in the camera to convert it to jpg

most people prefer to shoot in raw is because you get the highest quality of that shot in terms of files as jpg is a lossy compression some data is discarded as it gets converted, thats why its also smaller in filesize

er... f/20 is maximum smallest aperture unless it bright daylight or really long exposure everything will be under exposed

or perhaps you meant f/2

higher iso means more sensitivity to light, so higher iso enables the same picture to be taken with a faster shutter speed only set back is that the images are noisier as the iso increases, btw i think 1/125 or 1/250 also enough to get freezing motion of the rain

so that we can see everything that might be underexposed or overesposed in a single shot all look exposed i think
