Just Parted way with my LX3 Today~
The guy who bought it was also really into photography. Can't decide now 1000D kit lens + prime lens ? or D80 ( RM2,127.00 ) with a lens ~_~ |

er... f/20 is maximum smallest aperture unless it bright daylight or really long exposure everything will be under exposed
or perhaps you meant f/2 |

higher iso means more sensitivity to light, so higher iso enables the same picture to be taken with a faster shutter speed only set back is that the images are noisier as the iso increases, btw i think 1/125 or 1/250 also enough to get freezing motion of the rain
