Yeah, that is difficult to prevent. What we can do to reduce casses like is to be more careful with our personal details and who we deal with.

hey guys... this is really sad so i suggest that u guys come up with a proper channel eg. interbank giro where banks will have customer details or even COD to prevent all these nonsense from happening again. My suggestion like the other PSN "trust" is among us all create a trust rating. That way its a closer knit group. NOTE that this will not 100 % remove those SOB from what they do. But atleast a certain level of assurance on whom we are dealing with. Just my 2 cents.

if i remember correctly paypal will credit to your registered credit card..

meaning if we use use paypal to send money to you.. your credit card will be credited with the amount..

but then i heard ppl can still do a charge back.. and the money will be debitted from your credit card WITHOUT your approval.. meaning once they get their BD from you they do a charge back.. and voila they have free BD

not to sure what is the time frame ppl can do charge back...

COD is still the safest but then only limit to us KL/PJ ppl..
