I was the one who installed all the Ultra Racing bars, including the front fender bars that you mentioned. Already been 4 months I've installed them so I don't really remember the price. I think it should be in the region of 250-300, for both sides. Anyway, as for reduction in front fender 'noises', it didn't help. According to the workshop (Proton), the noise is due to flexing at the welding joints that cause the noise. Possibly due to 'not-so-good' welding? Anyway, after installing the bars, I had them hammer the joints (overlapping sheet metal) tight again. After that (touch wood) it has remained silent till now. I think the fender bars help prevent too much body flex that might cause the overlapping metal at the joints to be seperated. My 2 cents punya theory only lah. Me no rocket scientist. nod.gif I sudah buat tak kisah. Now trying to finish up my installment for the car in 3 yrs, then can proceed with my next car. Kekeke... brows.gif The Waja is my going-to-work car. Need a pleasure ride. icon_rolleyes.gif

bro....any improvement on handling i mean fender bar....????...my next plan is rims...still looking for sexy 5 spokers...currently my dream is rims is SSR professor sp1.....

I think it will be the same. Unless you need to replace the brake pad or other..  nod.gif

Increase idle rpm will give you more power but at the expense of higher FC.

change to 15" sports rims + 1 tyre = around 1k
change to 16" sports rims + 4 tyres = 2k++

go direct to jrd factory or any jrd supplier workshop to get those stock rims....JRD is making all the proton rims and perodua...is much cheaper

I tested my Waja CPS FC when driving from KL to Penang and managed to get about 11km/l on highway.

It was quite difficult to resist the desire to step more on the accelerator. Mostly the speed was around 120-130km/h.....sometime more. Luckily no speed trap. The odometer then was about 2000km. Maybe there will be some improvement in FC after 5k or 10k.....hopefully.

At one time step to 6.5k rpm to see the performance and the CPS engine sure give it all. There was a little vibration at 160km/h but only noticeable when you let go of the steering. If you're holding it, won't fell a thing. The car is very stable at high speed. Not to mention the good handling during cornering.
*
yo bro.....welcome to cps family...

new car...FC is slightly higher coz engine need run in...i guess the friction of the piston is higher thts y slightly makan minyak la...but after 5k service..u really can feel the car more responsive and lifelier....

and oh ya....new car go ahead to give a full balancing and alignment....original alignment is crap...i got my car negative 1.5 deg camber..my tyre thread makan inside....good for track..not good for daily...

i top 205kph at bukit merah....i wana take photo but very scared..coz traffic is quite a dense...it takes quite abit of time to get there but it managed too.... doesnt feel the car falling apart though...

25k service...normal service

30k another major service....

pocket hancur lo.....

Change to high flow air filter. You'll love the pick up more after that. brows.gif

The vibration you felt is due to the crappy wheel balancing and alignment (most member here got this problem). Get it repaired at tyre shop.
*
yup yup...KNN.....is a good investment....

my need cleaning liou....any1 know wear to cuci and oiled it in PJ
