Is the developer going to pay the LAD til the day we get our keys? Or just til the day they send out their letter that inform us about VP? Anybody knows?

Sure boh? I feel solaris dutamas much more high class than Setia Walk to be honest although Im vested in SW.

Got my key this afternoon, everything up to my sstisfactory except the bedrooms floor tile. Looks cheap.

Was told the cinema is located at the top floor of the mall.

Not neccessery. If SW perform well you still can make money if you go in now.
I bought my solaris dutamas unit for 370k in 2010, the owner got it from developer for 260k in 2007.
1 agent just called this evening and told me that her buyer is offering 560k for the same unit.
SW has a lot of potential. The Mall, Trigon, PFCC next door, LRT, Redevelopment of existing Tesco..........

The management guy who lead me to my unit named ABI told me that 1007sf is really noisy at night. He cant stand but according to him, the noise is from the bars downstair not LDP.
