i concur with your opinion as there are excess of retail shoplots in Buzhong . for me , the right market rental rate should be RM6k per month. maybe they felt SW is a new and of different concept and as such ,special and unique

the problem arises from greedy owners who probably bought their property at high prices and therefore wishes to gain higher returns on their investment and thus the unsuspected consumers paid for it . everything is inflated in bolehland. apa boleh buat

supermarket chain such as cold storage or village grocer will enhance SW image , but i doubt they have any interest at all ,as existing Buzhong already has too many hypermarket

if MPH or Kinokuniya bookstore decides to join in , that will be icing on the cake

thanks for the photos upload

i agree the swimming pool looks smallish but the living hall seems to have nice tile and it appear like 2' x 2' instead of 18'' x 18'' . could SP Setia change the size of tiles . nice surprise indeed

P/S : the water splash event appear spill with fun . wish i am there

Yes, this swimming pool is really indeed small. In fact i would say it is half smaller than normal pool width.
But actually i think this is well designed. This size of pool i would say it is just nice for 200+ units. The resident will not be able to fully utilize it if it's bigger. Moreover, it will help to reduce maintenance cost.

your explanation feel so consoling for SW owners

the solace swimming pool should be much bigger than photos shown. it should be the kids playing pool instead of for adult or professional swimmers like many of us. i'm sure the photographer must have left out the other swimming pool.

SW price at least will be maintained. king of location in buzhong and now with this convenience.

buzhong will continue to boom although it try hard to change and transform its image from a tin mine town in the 60s to a typical chinaman new village place in the 70s and 80s to a urban residential and industrial townships from the 90s and now , a well linked mini metropolitan adding more and more professionals and middle to upper middle class amongst its population

well done to the first initiator IOI ah cheng and now SPS ah sin

unless that piece of land owner near stn 07 is happy collecting rental from Tesco , they will think of something or j/v developers will be happy to do it for them

that land will be the last piece of prime land of LDP between IOI mall and SW , the epicenter and center of gravity in puchong
