The mentioned blackmagic is stand alone USB3.0 capture box, whereas avermedia is card based PCI-Express HD1080 Capture card.

Both are different interface for PC but serve the same purpose as capturing HD1080. However, i'm pretty sure Avermedia HD capture card is much more cheaper

Since the IPTv output is RCA, all u need is RCA convert to monitor Vga port.
As such, you need Vga tv box act as converter.

1. If I got a LCD tv at living room, is tv box set suitable to get as my current LCD tv signal is quite poor without tv antenna installation at home. The purpose to hav this tv box basically to receive normal tv program with better picture quality. Does tv box set comes with antenna? If not, how to make sure it can receive better signal with this tv box install?
2. My current pc is attached with LCD tv 32" as monitor, which product is d best to hav in order to watch tv program n other channel with good image quality? My pc is running win 7.

1) Tv signal very much depend your living area Tv reception, if the reption poorer you are advise to install outdoor antenna.

2) You may use USB tv tuner (free mini antenna). Again, in order to captured good tv signal, your living area tv reception must strong.

In short,
Poor signal reception - must install outdoor antenna
Excellent signal reception - may use mini indoor antenna.
