Dear Badacs,
The Worldwide tv meaning, Our tv tuner card able to support worldwide tv, in the sense the tv tuner card must present in the respective country. (exp: if you wanted to recived Singapore Tv channel, you must be there in Singapore) Astro Yes. Our tv tuner bundle with "Composite cable", all you need to do is just connect Avermedia tv tuner with Composite cable to Astor Decorder, your notebook able to received Astro Tv show in live, meantime to record Astro tv program into your notebook. just bought Avermedia Hybrid Volar Hx from this seller (for my pc using antenna). actually this is my 2nd deal, first one avermedia HD tv card now working with my astro byond + win7 64bit. (superb tv card!)
