i am a fan of p1i and i'm thinking of buying it.please give me tips on the price, whether it's ok to buy the AP set or ori and the specs. i would appreciate if u tell me the best place to buy hp, or at least reliable should anything goes wrong with the phone.thank you.

BTw, wat is the latest price for this model? At my place, for AP, cheapest is RM9xx, but Renee sell at RM10xx (include postage less than RM1100). Is it cause of different AP company?

after few months, u will c the effect..colour different at the covered place and not covered place...and scretch...when got dust inside, u didnt clean it, long long time later will stay at ur casing forever..

so far, i have been using my p1 without any screen protector/casing/etc and no scratches.
but then, the screen easily get blur due to the oil from my cheek.
anyone got a good suggestion on how to make the screen clean clean? i try wiping wif clothes/etc.. but will still feel a bit of oil left lor..

yea, i got this almost the same problem. i sent some sms to my friends, then i waited for thir reply. almost 30 mnutes, no reply, so i checked the sms inbox, then i go to outbox folder. the sms still in queue but the fon dont send it. i restart the fon then all the queue sms were sent...

i think, the one that u encountered not bcoz of the phne but mybe the network prob. just my 02 cents

i've been using P1i about early years. and i'm abit lazy to upgarde the it, since i not so good with the firmware and other sort of things.
bt really, not many youngster holding P1i but don't mention those are already working. 

Yup...me too. Agree on that. Was thinking of replacing my P1 with the X1 but I think its way too overpriced at Rm3199. No going to make the same mistake by being a test pilot like I did for all the P series phone. Anyway, heard there's still a lot of bugs with the X1 so have to put my plans on hold.
Did S.E come out with a solution for the camera green tint problem we are faced with?

They have stopped developement for future FW upgrades for the P1. Though we can say the software is quite stable....but still they have yet to solve the green tint issue. I guess that the green tint bug is more or less hardware related. Thats why S.E have yet to find a solution to it.
For all the P series phones I've used, I've been most dissapointed with the P1's depreciation value. The phone dropped its price so fast that it costs about RM1k now compared to Rm2k++ phone. I must say that for a phone with this kind of features, its a very good buy but it really annoys the earlier buyers of this phone. So for the Rm3199 X1 right now....all I can say is wait...wait and wait. The price should be coming down pretty fast as there are too many competitors on the market for WM mobiles. Right now the X1 is being overhyped with dealers claiming low supply for the phone to keep the prices up. Another thing is that there is no point going for the phone now and being a 'test pilot' for the FW and then when most of it has been solved, the prices slides down.

yes.previously i got install core player.if i not wrong.core player used to play in phone video.what i want is go to youtube website,search video and watch video.i already follow step 1 until 5.still can't watch youtube video

I am facing some problem when I use this phone.

My problem are some msg I cannot delete or view,once view,it will automatically appear 'corrupt'.

This problem started when maxis send me a MMS, then I choose ' NO' so that i view it later. Then when I want to view it by touch the icon top of the screen, it appear 'corrupt '. Then my inbox totally cannot view, once view,appear 'corrupt'. after tat I ask my bro send me many sms so that can open my inbox. Now my inbox i can view it, but some my previous msg I cannot view or delete, once I scroll down the inbox, appear 'corrupt' again.

2day I am facing another problem. 2day I am sitting an exam. The vigilator ask us to switch off our phone. after the exam, I switch it on, I receive 2 messages during the phone switch off, then I can open 1 message onli,from my frien,not from maxis, the other new message I cannot open and check sent by who,now top on the screen there got a message icon. Once I touch tat icon,it automatically jump to my inbox and I dont see any new message.

I really dunno what happened to my phone.Need help dude.....
