will like to ask expert here
1) will filter have expired date, as if we buy from US and stock up for 2 to 3 year?
2) I am thinking to connect EZ1 and EZ4 serially so the water go to EZ1 and than pass to EZ4 hope can help to extend the life time of EZ4 filter.
Will this combination is applicable?
or it is redundant to do so?

First of all, EZ4 is 500 gallon or 6 months which ever comes first, your original intention to prolong lifespan of the filter may not be applicable unless you want to ignore the 6 months filter replacement recommendation.
Secondly, The water pressure came out from my EZ4 filter is already too weak to go thru another stage of filtering. you need to take note of this.

U mean after go thru EZ1 the water pressure will be too low to go thru one more EZ4?
how about exp date of the filter? will water filter have exp date if not use, cause thinking to buy more to stoke up ez4.
