anyone here use AO water filter before? it's the 1st time I heard about it which separate water to acid and alkaline. how is it?

Are those outdoor water filter (sand type) typically the same for all brands? There are so many of it with different pricing. If no which is the best type of filtering and economical? For this sand type filtering what are the things that we should concern? Thx
