QUOTE(zheilwane @ May 23 2015, 10:36 PM) Actually you can check out the spec in my catalog, page 10 and 11. no offense. Just out of curiosity. May i know what is the logic of placing a 0.8 micron filter after a 0.1 micron filter?https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4orAkJ_n8...pX2M/view?pli=1 Generally, for direct drinking and high usage get Crystal Eco. The Filtration is better. Current PROMOTION price RM 1350 only (Later will be RM 1500) First Filter 5 micron prefilter Second Filter 0,1 micron membrane filter Third Filter 0.8 micron CarbFibre Block with Aqualen and Silver Here is a sample taken from my shop, is this Crystal Clear? ![]() This is what is call CRYSTAL CLEAR ! Do drop by my showroom to taste the difference ![]() ![]() We will be closed from 26th May - 2nd June 2015. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. BTW, may i know wat is the price of Crystal Eco and also the maintenance cost? On the other hand, i saw someone share panasonice PJ-37MRF also having a 0.1 micron filter which is RM381 only (according to its website). However, very little info in its website. My question is, choosing a good water filter, is it the level of filtration precision is the guideline? Many thanks in advance for answering me as i need a indoor water filter for my new house. I bought an outdoor unit which is look like a big tank with several levels of sands, stone &etc filtration. |

QUOTE(zheilwane @ Jun 18 2015, 09:09 AM) Hi, bro. The 0.8 micron carbon block filter with Aqualen and Silver acts as a final stage for bacteria removal and dissolved contaminants / chemicals. Aquaphor Crystal Eco is a triple stage bacteria protection drinking water filter, Thanks bro. I saw others promote cosway too. Just RM625 only with 3 cartridge filters. This 1 seem like reasonable.1) Stage 1: 5 Micron Aqualen with Silver 2) Stage 2: 0.1 Micron Hallow Fibre Membrane 3) Stage 3: 0.8 Micron Aqualen with Silver 0.1 micron filtration also known as Microfiltration is not effective in removing chemicals http://www.cdc.gov/healthywater/drinking/t..._treatment.html Current promotion for Crystal Eco is RM 1350 (Actual retail price will be RM 1600). Replacement cartridge is RM 450. The advantage of Aquaphor Crystal Eco (3 cartridges) rather than a Panasonic with only one cartridge of 0.1 micron. 1) As mentioned 0.1 micron filtration also known as Microfiltration is not effective in removing chemicals The two CarbFibre block (a more advance carbon block) cartridges of Aquaphor Crystal Eco could filter most harmful contaminants while a single cartridge cant. 2) Without a prefilter, 0.1 micron cartrtidge will get clogged very fast. I have experience before 0.5 micron 3M Ap Easy complete got clogged in two months without a prefilter. Feel free to drop by my showroom to test out the drinking filter as we have one unit installed for our daily usage.
