Hi all. Anyone know other good direct drinking water filter brands that are countertop? 3M doesn't have countertop filter. Bacfree do have but it cost RM915 one-time price. Filter replacement RM200.

eSpring, good quality but is not cheap. 3M can setup as countertop but it just doesn't looks so nice only, someone previously posted a screenshot.

Bacfree @ RM915, which model you talking about? hmm.gif
Filter replacement for RM200 doesn't tell the whole story, you need to calculate long-term usage and how many litre/sens.

3M ap easy complete can setup as countertop? However, my budget is less than RM1000.

I am referring to Bacfree BS-3 Series Filters with ultra tech element. Filter can last up to 5000 litres or 6-12 months depends on usage. Filter is ceramic membrane type and has 0.2 micron. Chlorine reduction 97%. Lead reduction 95%. Turbidity and Chloramine reduction 99%. It seems popular during early years until year 2010 it switch focus to rain water harvesting. It doesn't innovate much in residential drinking water filter since then. So, I have doubt about this BS-3 Series Filters.

Credit goes to zheilwane but is not the 3M AP Easy Complete. He is an reseller of 3M as well.

And I can't find any info about Bacfree NSF certification. hmm.gif  So I have no idea about the credibility of their product.
