Plenty of so-called overseas brand are actually just locally made and assembled and they just slap on a sticker saying its made somewhere else (Korea, Europe, US, etc). When in truth, perhaps only 1% of the parts are imported.

Ya lor, and everyone claims they are the best, so which one to choose I also don't know...still reading this thread and thinking...

Hey guys, Big Bath is having promotion on iPure water filter at RM777 with installation via Groupon. It is from Korea and comes with 10 years warranty covering filter’s outer fibreglass shell only.

Any comment? Good buy?

Aiyoh, why everybody here use high-end high-end stuffs? sweat.gif

Does anyone has feedback for GE Master Filtration System? Does anyone know what is this "Autotrol Automatic Control Valve" that they mentioned in their ad? Thank you.

I use Aqusana the cheapest  tongue.gif  NSF/ANSI STANDARD 053 Certified -  (Drinking Water Treatment Units - Health Effects) - water filter, I know of in Malaysia.  icon_rolleyes.gif
I do not think its considered high end in relation to other NSF/ANSI STANDARD 053 Certified water filter such as Amway, Tupperware etc.  blink.gif

My one counter top filter POU. They got whole house filter but I did not get that one.
Basic POU Approx. RM800, Under Counter Model add Approx RM300 (if I remember right)- Google it lah.
So far so good.

Yes, yes, I did google it but as usual no price and there are so many different types for Aquasana.

I am actually looking for both POE and POU filters. I am interested in GE filter, but don't know why the price keep changing - got promotion RM1399, no promotion RM1599. Anyway, haven't decide until start reno... blush.gif
