You should measure your cabinet, minus 150-200mm from both width and height, then choose a fridge that would fit. This would allowed some allowance to push the fridge in with enough space for it to dissipate the heat from compressor and defrost cycle.

That's just a rough guide. If possible determine  or shortlist which model you want first, then from there look for the manufacturers installation guide / spacing on website, different model could have different space tolerance

you should also consider if you need a bigger fridge in the future, and size your cabinet accordingly

Dual cooling fan is better to regulate two diff spaces with diff temp & prevents ice build up.
