You should measure your cabinet, minus 150-200mm from both width and height, then choose a fridge that would fit. This would allowed some allowance to push the fridge in with enough space for it to dissipate the heat from compressor and defrost cycle.

a quick lookup for 2 doors fridge within my budget have a average size of apprx. 750x750x1750 so my cabinet should have at least 900mm in width and 1900 in height?

That's just a rough guide. If possible determine  or shortlist which model you want first, then from there look for the manufacturers installation guide / spacing on website, different model could have different space tolerance

you should also consider if you need a bigger fridge in the future, and size your cabinet accordingly

unfortunately my dry kitchen is quite limited in size so can only go up to 800m in width which mean i could get at least 500l of fridge

how is it compare to sharp sjp55mk or sjp598? they are around the same price range but the dual fan seems better?

Dual cooling fan is better to regulate two diff spaces with diff temp & prevents ice build up.
