Anyone staying outside Klang valley would consider the availability of service centres nearby your place?
I am considering a hitachi model but the shop said no more local service centre. If any problem need to wait HQ service team to come over.
My sis at Selangor bought a 700L 2 doors hitachi last 2 weeks. But the door seems got problem, contacted the customer service but their response very slow. Problem still not solve after 2 weeks

Bought a Toshiba SBS 3 days ago. Feeling weird on some functions, called technician but they only can come next week. Hope experts here can help to explain.

Wed evening fridge arrived, Thursday morning switch it on at 7am. Put in everything at 11am. 2pm discovered water drops formed at the internal back wall of fridge & freezer.
The freezer wind hole full with little ice cubes 😓 I wipe them off at night. Next morning the fridge macam back to normal. But….starting afternoon it happens again. The process is like repeating again & again 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Also, the left & right side of exterior door are super hot. The boss explained it is normal & will be not that hot after 2 weeks when the fridge is stable. True?

I not sure how inverter fridge works. But in one day there are 2-3 times the side of the exterior door become very cold & no compressor running sound at all. I can hear water flowing sound coming from inside of the fridge. Then I discovered got condensation on my eggs. About 30 minutes after that the compressor starts running again. So memang like that one izit?

No, I didn’t put in anything hot. Both freezer & fridge got water condensation issue when I open it more often when preparing for lunch & dinner. Morning it is ok, but starting afternoon the water condensation problem is obvious. I observed for 3 days already. Same thing happened everyday 😓

Yes, very terrible experience with Hitachi’s customer service. Complain to the vendor on 2nd day received the fridge. A technician don’t know from where came to check then said it is normal one lah. Some more quarrel with my dad said why my dad so picky 😅 I wrote a very long email to their customer service, no reply until after 3 days I personally called to ask the status. After another 3 days HQ sent their technician came, said will update me within 1 week. After 1 week no news, I called again & they ask me to wait for their update 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was so frustrated I called them everyday. Finally after another one week the vendor replace a new unit for us.

My friend is using, good review but their design not so nice looking (I think so lah😆😆)
