Using Sharp SJP598GK 480L for almost a year and no issue so far. One thing good is it comes with "Plasmacluster", so called works against micros & viruses.

Based on 2016 start rating, its lower at 3 star (2011 rating was 5 star). I still get this because the size suits my KC.

I'm considering Sharp SJP50MS and SJP598GK.
Anyone using them? What's the feedback?

Another question, anyone knows any shop in Klang Valley selling the above fridges for lower price?

Thank you.

Confirm you are a lazy guy and did not scroll through this thread + even lazy to google for the pricing, spoon feeding...

Previous post did mention about such fridge and pricing can easily google for it. For small/enterprise shop you can even call up and let them know you are comparing price straight ask for their best offer, or for those franchise shops, nett price with commission rebate from those salesperson

Hi all,

Need help, in dilemma now.

Thinking to replace my old fridge, due to limited kitchen size. The Width of the fridge need to be around 700mm +-.

After research, found Sharp SJP55MK come with the largest capacity (473 Net) with 700mm width. Then realize its only has 3 Stars.

Then the second choice is Hitachi R-VG580P7M-1, 450 Net, slightly wider 715mm. But it seem like this is an old model. Still a good buy?

Any order model to recommend? TQTQ

Abit hard to find out what is the Star rating for the fridge, even the brand own homepage also no...

Am using a Sharp 480L fridge, 3 star rating, 52x kWh/year... See not much effect towards my electricity bill, maybe coz my overall usage is low
My main point is.... the size & capacity that suits the kitchen is more important than the star rating. A 5 Star probably around 300 kWh/year, which I suppose will a different of around RM5 (plus minus) per month

Shopee sellers: Anyone have bought fridges from Shopee before? if buy from shopee, the delivery will not do the installation right? So buyer has to do it themselves is it? How about the 10-years or 12-years warranty? Can we still get it from the manufacturer?
*
Bought my fridge & washing machine at Shopee, both also cheaper by RM150 - RM250 compare to shop. But 1 thing before i place order, i make sure is seller's own lorry delivery, or at least is thier own arrangeddelivery agent, instead of Shopee's assigned courier agent.

Bought my TV also online via lazada, cheaper than shop by RM150, took risk as its J&T, but i self-collect at thier hub, luckily everything is fine.

Btythe way, warranty is by the brand itself, except for on the spot deliver and product failure, which shop will give u 1-to-1 exchange, or else, no difference buying at shop or online

Have you bought from this before?

I actually bought my Sharp Fridge from PH Store. Within Klang Valley, they send to me using thier own delivery fleet.
Everyhting is ok, and the guy in charge of the store's shopee acc is called Aaron or something, don't expect for immediate reply, but at least he will reply.

Hi, may I know which seller? thinking to buy 1 for my new house. Btw, can I buy and hold 1st while waiting my house done renovation?
*
I help to answer, since i go through same process...
PH Store from either shopee or lazada. I bought mine and only delivered 2 months later after my renovation done. Seller may be reluctant, so u need self-declare that u understand & accept that warranty starts from the day of ur full payment.

Luckily i ordered early, its was during post MCO, after my order, the model i want was out of stock for almost half a year+ only see it in the market again
