Bugged by the infamous error 1604. Did all the necessary steps i feel. pwn the iTunes, put into DFU mode, yada yada yada...

I guess I might have to restore to original 2.0 firmware first then put my iPhone to DFU again and load the custom 2.0 onto it. Or is there any better idea?

Hey there, yeah just realize it wasn't in DFU mode. Was in recovery mode instead. Thanks, anyway

Thanks for the heads up. I'm actually quite surprise to see that most of the apps I have had on 1.1.4 are in App Store or at least they're similar ones available. Waiting for customize and SMB to be ported to 2.0 and that would completes everything.

Can't wait to start purchasing apps. My debit card registration has not gone thru yet. And I'm typing this on my iPhone and it lags like shiiiiiit! Browsing + iPod don't mix I think!

Is AppSupport available on 2.0?

I asked here too, FYI. Thus, saying that I did not read is untrue. Otherwise i wouldn't have left another message here. Now i see that you've been reading my posts. Cool The thing with the caller ID is now fixed, by the way.

Or you could use iPhone PC Suite. I'm not sure if it works with 2.0 though. It works fine with my 1.1.4 previously.
