hi Sharon, would like to inform you that i received the parcel today, it's really fast as you sent out yesterday. i forgot to ask you, can i apply purifying ampoule to treat my back acne? for ceutical serum that i bought - regenerating, blackhead and scar, should i use same type until finish thn turn to next type or i can use them alternately? which way is preferable and most effective?

u can first use the blackhead and scar alternately to clear off the blackhead and scar
then once it is almost near clearing, use the regeneration to create a newer skin to ensure skin is free from all scar and blemishes

Although you didn't reply my enquiry, but i cannot wait so just apply purifying ampoule on my back acne. surprisingly, my back acne, whitehead etc being cleared off for just 2 vials ampoules, no more bumps on my back now
currently at night i am using purifying ampoule to treat my acne area on face, thn i apply scar serum for whole face, and scar portion on scar area after that, i also did apply moisturizer at the end, will it be too moist? i scare purifying ampoule cause my face too dry

I haven't received the parcel you sent out at 17th Oct...I m a little worry ...Cuz I know normally it is very fast to receive goods that u sent..

Have checked wiv the courier company they said they didn't have the tracking number that I mentioned in their internal system...

Can you check if the delivery address is correct ? as that piece of info is not showing in their tracking,unlike skynet...

Is there any insurance if they fail to deliver the parcel???

Hi, I'm having promlem with my uneven skin complexion. Some parts near my chin and near the cheek part is darker than other areas of my face. I called kangaroo multiple times ..they told me the parcel is in kepong I duno of u put kepong as destinations or is they are delaying at that hub......I m still wanin for their feedback. It is supposed to send to penang. Can u check from your record?

I haven't got the parcel actually but at least I got a delivery note on last Tuesday,25th...

When I called they kept telling me it's at Kepong & no address of Penang...Worry me...

I think the problem it's with the delivery man becuz the note is without tracking number...Maybe he din update to the system therefore loss tracking or so...

I will keep you posted
