I haven't received the parcel you sent out at 17th Oct...I m a little worry ...Cuz I know normally it is very fast to receive goods that u sent..

Have checked wiv the courier company they said they didn't have the tracking number that I mentioned in their internal system...

Can you check if the delivery address is correct ? as that piece of info is not showing in their tracking,unlike skynet...

Is there any insurance if they fail to deliver the parcel???

Hi Sharon, I trust your service n noe u did sent.....my concern here is it a valid n correct address? I called kangaroo multiple times ..they told me the parcel is in kepong I duno of u put kepong as destinations or is they are delaying at that hub......I m still wanin for their feedback. It is supposed to send to penang. Can u check from your record?

I haven't got the parcel actually but at least I got a delivery note on last Tuesday,25th...

When I called they kept telling me it's at Kepong & no address of Penang...Worry me...

I think the problem it's with the delivery man becuz the note is without tracking number...Maybe he din update to the system therefore loss tracking or so...

I will keep you posted
