Hmm, simply saying "CONNECTION TIMED OUT" with brief problem statement without more details on your router setup and connections between router and PS3 won't do you any justice.
Are you using a static IP address (without relying on DHCP) or a dynamic IP address (with DHCP's help set by the router) on your PS3?
Are you using ADSL PPPoE routed mode or bridged mode? Did your ADSL ISP provide details on LLC VPI and VCI, primary and secondary DNS, besides your user account and password? The DNS information is the important piece of information for you to be able to connect properly to Internet. Otherwise, you will be totally NAT'ed.
I don't know your ADSL ISP in Burma. In Malaysia, for ADSL Streamyx, TM provides the following DNS settings:
primary DNS : 202.188.0.133
secondary DNS : 202.188.1.5
But, you can also use OpenDNS.org's DNS service. However, DNS service provided by your ISP is more preferred.
