I really don't want to get a locked model and then unlocked it legally..
Its better to get a legally unlocked one for future purposes..

So Aug 21-22 for Singapore, at least the nearest country for us. Those who reserved thru their SingTel page will get first priority and hopefully the stocks will be plenty for all.
