try some of the oceanic servers like Nagrand, Amanthul or even Cael .. thaurissan ..

and you have to pick which server pvp or pve. If pvp, you might find it frustrating getting ganked by higher levels of opposite faction while trying to level and learning how to play your character. Well its up to you to do some research.

About the price, i dont know much about malaysian market. I downloaded mine both straight from blizz. save the money buying them and download wont take u long anyway..
