I am asking the same thing too....  sweat.gif

Anyway, anyone know where is this? any landmarks?

Pacific Regency Hotel Apartments
Menara PanGlobal
Jalan Punchak, Off Jalan P.Ramlee
50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Wanna get to Luna Bar located there.
*
those places you have mentioned should be similar to Deutche Haus, Bon Ton kinda price... expect somewhere around RM100/pax... this does not include appetizers/desserts, just a main course and a non-liquor drink...

Just wanted to say here that i went to Top Hat Restaurant based on the nice reviews by you guys. It is indeed a nice place to dine with ur loved one. But be prepared to bring some extra cash with you just in case..

i had salad+pasta+desert (pudding) = rm 70

my gf had satay+some asian set+sago gula mlk (48)

total about 155.

we brought our own wine but they told us that BYO charges wil be RM 50 which is the same as their wine price. not worth it.

the food was absolutely magnificent. never tasted something so nice before. it is indeed a gourmet restaurant.

their prawns are larger than my thumbs biggrin.gif  thumbup.gif

defintely a nice place to go.
*
thanks for the nice review! can give directions to that place?

also, anyone know where did Bonton moved to? i heard its in Jalan Conlay but i couldn't find it sad.gif

where about is Luna Bar and what kind of food do they serve there?

I am looking for some over the top korean food in KL, can someone pls help me out?

I heard there are some little korea there in Ampang, but i cant seem to find it.
*
there's one near my house in Taipan, Subang Jaya, located on the 2nd floor of a building opposite of McD's... its korean BBQ, i think its the original Korean one where you wrap your barbequed meat in lettuce together with some chilli sauce and some kind of vegetable... the main branch is in Hartamas, not sure of the exact location though

I've eaten at Top Hats sometime back and the food is pretty good but I'm not one for fine dining. I appreciate quantity when it comes to food. I find it overpriced for the quantity of food I get. Oh you can try their overpriced Pai Tee's as well aka Top Hats. You could also try LaFite @ the Shangri-La. At least there is an appetiser buffet.
*
well, i reckon its something like Bon Ton's where my gf ate 3 sticks of grilled lamb for RM68, hahaha biggrin.gif

if you want quantity... maybe you can try Outbacks@Bangsar Village, although its pricey, you get away with a full tummy, the portions are pretty big... the cheese French fries appetizer are good smile.gif

Hmm...Damansara Perdana and Damansara Heights is quite far apart. tongue.gif

The only way I know is coming from Bangsar, BSC will be on your right, go down this steep slope, go straight, cross the traffic light, and go up another slope. After that I'm quite blur. Got slightly lost the last time I was there too. Damn embarassing. tongue.gif

What's good in DP? They say the friendster cafe has a nice ambience too.
*
That's what i thought initially, but when i reached that place, it says Bukit Damansara, then i was like, huh... how come its not the place i'm looking for? then i just made a left turn and go to Damansara Perdana instead!

There's a steak house called Eagle's Nest or something, quite easy to find, and Friendster cafe is in the same commercial area! smile.gif

just went to Skybar@level 33 of Traders Hotel last Sat to celebrate my anniversary... highclass pub, most of the patrons are expats and foreigners... this is how the rich enjoy their money...

call one week in advance to get the KLCC view... not much food there though, nice drinks... average price around RM30... most important is the fantastic view! remember to bring along your camera smile.gif

its pretty warm though because its open air... the environment is really nice... imagine drinking in between KLCC and a swimming pool tongue.gif

will try Luna Bar in my next trip, will keep this site updated!
