So i would like to know you guys' comments for this 2 restaurant , how's the ambient , price & food. Do i need reservation in advance etc...

cafe cafe is more romantic, sage has better food.

i would go with sage.

cafe cafe is super high class.
but i prefer to go tamarind.

How bout budget around RM150 for 2 person?

Don't need to be fine dining. Just some place good food and good environment for birthday celebration with the man.
Something like Souled Out / Porto Romano, but thought of trying something new.
