You are not the only one who complains to SKMM. How about changing your perspective and take all the rants as user reports instead of complains. It is very useful to know if you're the only one or there are others facing similar problems and best is if they share deeper information and solutions to them. It's not like they rant to you and yet you're making a big fuss out of it telling people off that they should keep their mouth shut and lodge a report to SKMM. How you know they didn't? If you can't take other ppl's rants here then either you don't read this thread or keep it to yourself.
*
i juz wan they to take action and not stopping them rant here. take action better den juz talking without doing anything. right? if u don wan to do anything to improve, then there is no meaning for u to keep rant here and there. and if u see my previous post, i am asking and encouraging them to lodge a report. so the ministry can take action. but if juz using mouth rant here and no action been taken, there is no meaning. example: like u wan sell an item but u never told ppl about that, how u gonna sell the item? maybe some alrdy lodge a report, but most of the ppl stil havent. right? u don even know my meaning but juz know how to scold ppl. from here, i can know how u judging ppl. u can judge ppl without using mind and understanding what i am trying to say, but nvm. i not here to argue with u. what i hope is all who is involved is go lodge a report, dont scare to be troublesome.

reply from tmnet about high ping latency... lol official statement.

Firstly, our appreciation for bringing this matter to our attention and sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We wish to assure you that TM takes feedback from all our customers very seriously, especially when it relates to the quality of our services. We wish to tell you that we have restored your local website's latency problem.

We would like to clarify that the issue you are currently facing is due to international link performance. Upon completing the troubleshooting on our end, we have concluded that our domestic connectivity is up to mark.

On the matter of the slow performance of our international link, we would like to inform you that the performance (throughput/latency) is still subject to the inter-ISP connectivity, for both domestic and international; and is not solely dependant on the performance of the host or the host of the intended destination itself. Please note that TM does not have any control over the availability of the international hosts' performance.

We wish to inform you that as an Internet Service Provider, TM's role is in providing Internet connectivity and access; but is unable to guarantee the delivery of the contents and performance of the host; which is not within the domain of TM. In fact as part of our network performance policy, our international traffic management capability is designed to cater for all customers' requirements to ensure they have optimal experience using the Internet.

While all our policies are in place to ensure better service assurance domestically, it is very unlikely that any ISP would be able to guarantee an end-to-end performance to international sites. As we do recognise that our customer base has increased, we are making continuous efforts to upgrade our infrastructure to meet the requirement for higher bandwidth capacity.

Once again, our appreciation for your feedback, and most importantly for being our valued customer.

Thank you.

Regards,Khairul Firdaus Kamarudin
