Do complait report with screen capture as proof and e-mail to

TM-NUT so call help line that suppose to help people... LOL... (help@tm.com.my)
Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (ccd@cmc.gov.my)
COMMUNICATIONS & MULTIMEDIA CONSUMER FORUM OF MALAYSIA  (aduan@cfm.org.my)

I advise you guys to do the same. I have no choice as now TM-NUT people started to say there is nothing wrong with the line from point to point and claim I am trouble maker.  vmad.gif

And do screen capture the survey of satisfaction here if they insist that you are only one complaiting;

so can anyone here confirm super slow rates to _certain_ international links.... but not microsoft.com, speedtest.net ?? torrents, many sites in europe, a lot of free file sharing sites... are all very slow.

and microsoft.com, some taiwan sites, are all fine, right? something like that... so damn hard to say which ones good which isnt.

Most UK sites seem to be affected.

Europe sites also affected on many different hosts.

20-40% loss

Certain US sites also show timeouts.

From Sarawak, Malaysia affecting 124.13, 118.100 and 124.82. 60.54 is difficult to get but remains great.

If more than a week, please write a small article to the press and attach your complait along...

At this moment, I only suggest TheStar.

Have you done this yourself?

cause seriously, it's going to be a waste of time as long TM holds the monopoly.
