Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

haiz, everyday facing the slow problem really hard even use the proxy also hard to sign in msn, need keep use ebuddy i wonder when wil they finish upgrade? ----------------------------------------------------- jus realize it bcome normal back, but 1 things, open facebook n youtube cant after become normal but msn n others web can access edi

Made a complain last week and next day they came in. Then went out to check the phone line and told that the line outside have problem and fixed it. Too bad I wasn't around they couldn't access my wireless modem they used their own modem and say OK. Anyway their response is quite fast. I though telekom usually respond fastest. Wow this things really amazed me...never got so fast respond like this before lah. As today test no matter what ip ranging either 60.50.xxx.xx or 60.53.xxx.xxx the connection are so smooth and blazing fast...kudos to TMNUT!. Don't you ever make me NUT! again...LMAO!!!

My house which is less than 2KM away from my office is having good connection day in day out but my office connection despite having pay higher fee for business usage is experiencing abnormal slowdown at times.

which number did you guys call? i've been having this problem for quite some time already...DSL will be connected but no internet connection. Ping lowyat.net all timed out, after a while will be ok..then bam...connection dies again ..

Last Monday morning, I called TMNET due to slow slow internet and can't sign in to msn... well they made me on hold for like 10 minutes... wtf shakehead.gif after all the waiting a guy asnwered (i was like "yay he's a guy") i told my username bla bla bla.. then i told him my problem, i said that i can't sign into msn messenger .. guess what that jerk said? WHAT'S MSN MESSENGER?! i dunno if i should do this  or  or  ... so i asked him, are you really working for the customer support? he said, no I'm a building cleaner, hey loser why do you think I'm talking to you? of course I'm a customer support, then he hung up the phone.. what the bloody hell is that supposed to mean? damn TMnut.. we should protest the fast proxy that I've been using lately are dead

Somehow, I could not get any IP range other than 60.53.* .. damn Telekom .. it is so slow and I could not do my work at all. STUPID STUPID STUPID!

Just to share with you guys, its best to lodge a report about your problem with 100, then give them a deadline to get back to you. Failing which, just go complete the online complaint form with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commissions (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia). What will happen is TMnutz will receive an official letter from them with a deadline to rectify complaints highlighted and trust me ... TMnuts will call you day and night checking if you are happy or do you still face the same problems. I even told them off to stop calling me as the problem already been fixed. Their campaign towards customer's satisfaction are all bull****, nothing but empty promises. Probably the higher management team has got good plans up in their sleeves. But when it comes down to implementation level, it just doesn't work, and goes down the drain. My download speeds have been sh!tty since friday night.. nothing goes beyond 10kb/s, and I've got lots of broken downloads too. Proxies don't help either *sob*

Flood their call centre with complaints. 1 300 88 9515. Scold their helpdesk agent. Give helpdesk agent pressure. That's the best we can do! Local call charges only what. So why save the extra cents? When you get to scold people.
