What does not work, the deleting? You can only delete from the iPhone apps that have that "X" icon on its top left. Apps that came with the iPhone by default are not deletable.

Remember, even if you deleted them on the iPhone, if you have set your iPhone to "automatically sync when the iPhone is connected" in iTunes, the deleted app will sync back in. You either delete the app from iTunes itself, or choose a manual sync.

The discussion forum at Apple.com and their KBs are a good place to start.
This link:- http://www.apple.com/support/ should be kept close whenever there are general queries on any of Apple's product, hardware or software. More specific queries, can be search through Apple Discussions, here:- http://discussions.apple.com/index.jspa?categoryID=1 |

Tink have got hers 3 weeks back.
As fo the fat fingers, rely on the automatic correction, but this only works when you're typing in English. Type in Malay or anything else, and it is more of a hindrance than help. |

This may be entirely OT, but worth posting, to show how idiotic Micro$oft can be.
Anyone seen their new advertisement that is meant to counter the Mac ads? Tell me what is your first reaction when you see that crap. Compare that with the ads Mac put out on US television, at this link:- http://www.apple.com/getamac/ads/ OR dive in straight at an example, from this "Better Result" TV ad from Apple:- OR this brand new ad just appearing on American television now:- "Fear of switching is the FOUNDATION of customer loyalty for PC" .No words truer than that! I can tell you straight, if I dont know that was Microsoft's advertisement on TV, I can seriously mistaken it for a shoe shop advertisement, or an old stale episode of Seinfeld! Pathetic! EDIT: Watch Gates shake his old tired booty at Seinfeld at the end of the advertisement. WTF indeed! This post has been edited by stringfellow: Sep 6 2008, 12:59 PM |

QUOTE(rx330 @ Sep 6 2008, 12:24 PM) My point exactly. Is Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Gates selling shoes? Promoting churros (the stick Jerry is eating, which is delicious btw), or is this just another episode of Seinfeld, a show about NOTHING? If that Vista logo didnt appear at the end of that commercial, I'd mistaken it for a lame plug for a shoe store! That's Justin Long, yup he starred in Live Free or Die Hard. |

The guy also want to make some money. With the current weakening of MYR against USD, coming to 3.5, I see his profit margin dwindling even further. He's in it for some form of profit, so give the guy a break. Want one-to-one conversion, then you'll have to buy them personally lah. Even online code redeption sales imposes some for of overhead. Be thankful that they sell them already, and also they dont OVERPRICE them like Switch in Sogo does last time.

Yup, if he looks at the current USD/MYR rate, he would be in the red already, bleeding losses. I'm sure he got those stocl before the MYR weakening.
This is already a service going beyond what is needed here. And people are complaining about the price? Jimat pun jimat la bang, but dont squeeze blood out of people's hard-earned wallets! |

Tumpang complete! Last two of the guys on the Tumpang list, friends & Hanxz, alongside DavidGary will either already have received and molested their Aifontriji, or in the process of molestation.
It took 3 and a half months to do this, and I sincerely hope everyone in the list, are happy with their iPhones, be it received from me or ventured your own way for the SG version. Thank you for reading, and make full use of your babies, guys! Mission accomplished, thread closed. |
