assuming i do not have wifi connection, i cannot unlock the Xin mission, i cant love meet with new friends... what should i do after i've completed the main mission

i try to break records using a taxi / ambulance / police car...

you can do stunts like ramps and 2 wheels... i accidentally did it when got chased by cops as usual. Steal cop car and do whatever you can with the pc.i have 1 question,

Regarding "Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars at the Rockstar Social Club", did anyone unlock new missions?
I keep getting distracted by dealing drugs instead of play missions!
