I have a problem with the pistol attachment to my Longshot; the handle won't fit into attachment properly and thus cannot shoot the pistol. The main gun works fine, only this small minor attachment have this problem. Need a really strong person to push it in?
![]() P.S Oh, I tried using a suction cup dart into my Longshot; IT GOT STUCK IN THE BOLT! |

QUOTE(zeroglyph @ Apr 26 2009, 09:38 PM) yup push harder. you'll hear it snap if done correctly. Good news, I managed to push it in. Dunno how did I do it, but it must be some weird way I push it in and yes, micro darts can't be fired by LS and recon. it's get stuck and get squished. p/s: i wanted to make the blaster integration mod, but i really like my longshot to be.....well long. serious dilemma here @ zero, best solution, buy another Longshot haha |

QUOTE(bulkhead @ May 5 2009, 08:00 PM) What? Increase price again!!?!?!?! That is why I NEVER buy anything from TRU unless I absolutely have to since they suka-suka increase price. Like last weekend I was at TRU SJ they increase price of the Vulcan to RM 209.90. Walk some distance to Parkson Subang Parade or C4 SJ and they were selling the same darn thing at the original price! |

QUOTE(Cavino @ May 8 2009, 01:18 PM) Toys R US Tropicana City has lots of Firefly. Hmm.. since you get to know 1 TRU guy, would really want to ask him why the heck they raise the price of the Vulcan from RM 199.90 to RM 209.90 , Maverick from RM 34.90 to RM 44.90 and Recon from RM 89.90 to RM 99.90 (yes, some places are selling Recon RM 10 cheaper!!). I hope he won't give some lame excuse like high oil price, high manufacturing cost, high shipping cost (the shipping industry is now down) and the like. As a matter of fact, they seems pretty stock with almost everything.....except for the extra clips packs. Spoke with the friendly store manager. He mentioned TRS Tropicana stocked the most NERF products among all Toys R US in Malaysia. I do noticed the moment I entered this branch, the NERF racks with huge NERF advertisement seems to be main attraction of this store. He even borrowed a few sonic darts from his office for me to test out some blasters on a small wall section with NERF target board. Mentioned lots of adults buying NERF blasters for themselves. So not embarrassed carrying any larger blasters around there. Mentioned if need any NERF products, just leave ur numbers with him, he will try to order (if habis liao) for more. Asked me to leave HP numbers as he will order more clips (had 15 packs previously, wiped out very fast). Currently has loads of Vulcan, Blue/Yellow Longshot, Recon, Nite-Finders, Maverick, Firefly, Tech Targets, Single player and 2-players Strikefire, and 2-players Hyperfire. Lots of streamline, tagger, sonic, vulcan and micro darts. The strikefire are good for kids coz they comes with Vision Gear eyewear (got 1 set for my nephews earlier). Other places, I missed the hyperfire or else I would have exchange the single shot strikefire for the larger and multifire hyperfire for the kids (hyperfire also suitable for adults). I do agree with one thing though, the ammo clips for our longshots are darn hard to find! Saw 1 pack with 2 orange clips with streamlines for RM 29.90 at Sogo, but only with 10 bullets!!! Come on Hasblow, so kedekut until cannot add another 2 more to make it 6 bullets for your 6-bullet capacity clips meh??!?!? I think the main reasons adults are buying them is because only adults can afford them. No parents will want to spend RM 150 on a toy gun, yet alone RM 200 (oops, its now RM 210) on another toy gun. Sorry for the rant, just noticed Nerf is getting more expensive now.... |
