that thing, same with rough cut, use a different type of restrictor. it's an intelligent restrictor that actually pick only a loaded muzzle to fire(x4). remove those and it will just fire all 4 darts at once.

besides, removing restrictor on the newer nerf line doesn't really improve anything. in fact, removing the restrictor from a strongarm would screw the air pressure and results in less power. (from my on experience)
