Same thing happens to Celcom before i guess..
I think it's the salesman fault. U mobile also have fault la.
You know, they tell those salesman, "I don't care what you do, i just want more subscribers, with more subscribers, you get more incentive...."

except you'll be blacklisted from that telco ALONE and after the bill until RM30k and they will sue you bankruptcy
but it might take as much as 15 - 20 years.
let's say every month they charge you RM50, 10 years only RM6000..
