Anyone tried DA's "I PAY PLAN" I wonder how it works. And i afraid that if I bought something and the customer service tell me cannot convert to "I PAY PLAN". Will this really happen?

I called already, but....the operator told me it's only can transfer the payment to "I PAY PLAN" after u did the transaction. And I'm planning to buy a Camera, i ask them whether buy from the shop it allowed to transfer to "I PAY PLAN" they say cannot tell me, must wait i made the transaction 1st then only they can tell. o.O
