i just found out scb visa infinite's free airport lounge access is for principle cardholder only. so now i am a supp card holder, i have to pay to get into the lounge(27 usd). they never say that in the advertising, can i ask for upgrade?

i am from jb..hahaha.so usually i use singapore changi airport. convenient mah. the infinite card come with a priority pass card too. priority pass card have different levels i think. the highest one dun need to pay. my one need.
 yeah i still have citibank plat but can only be used in KLIA |
