They cant do that for you. Unless you are a platinum holder and citigold member... then they can do that for you... with conditions of cuz...

actually, as long as u dun cut the credit card from citibank malaysia, u still can use it in US. just the exchange rate u have to watch out with
you still can transfer to pay for ur credit card from maybank etc...

use as normal, but have to watch out for the exchange rate... usually higher.
