Just outta curiosity, what are the factors that the bank consider if a person were to request for a credit limit increase?

Was told the cardholder must have had the card for a minimum of 1 year. Anything else?

- get a better card or register a new card...

-good paymaster (compulsory)

-promotion (goes without saying)

-upgrade without supporting documents (how is this possible)

-credit limit used up all the time but must pay back in time (are you referring to minimum payment or full settlement)

-better card / register new card (mind elaborating?)

I don't think its possible to upgrade without supporting documents.

When you say credit limit used up but paid back in time are you referring to minimum payment or full settlement?

My question was, what are the factors that the bank take into consideration when a person submits the necessary documents for credit limit increase?

Thanks again.
