having some problem regarding the CC payment..

1.I would like to know how long does maybank2u to take to actually does the payment for us?
(I did the transaction yesterday around 5pm)
2. Using interbank transfer then write in the CC number as the benefitiary no. right?
3. On screen it does show the deduction of money, but i called to citibank which they confirm that they havent receive it yet..why?

anyone know how much penalty we have to pay if late payment?(citibank)
